Pension Tax Queries

If you have a question about your tax code you will need to speak to HM Revenue and Customs. We are not able to make any changes to your tax code unless they tell us to do so. You can phone them on 0300 200 3300 or go to their website using the link shown below to find out other ways you can contact them. When you contact them you will be asked for your National Insurance Number and our PAYE Reference Number which is 948/T440N.

Your pension scheme was created by statute and is backed by Government. This means that your pension is well protected and guaranteed.

The ups and downs in investment markets do not affect our ability to pay pensions. So you can rest assured that your pension is secure.
