Breaches Policy 2025

This document sets out the procedures to be followed in relation to reporting breaches of the
law to the Pensions Regulator by individuals involved with the administration service of the
Greater Gwent (Torfaen) Pension Fund, which is the Local Government Pension Scheme
managed and administered by Torfaen County Borough Council. This document should be
read in conjunction with the Wales Pension Partnership Breaches and Errors Policy.
