This newsletter is issued every year through My Pension Online or in the post. It is issued at the same time we issue Annual Benefit Statements and explains how to access your statement through your My Pension Online account. It contains useful information about any changes to scheme rules, topical pension issues and updates on the service we provide to you.

Every year we will issue an electronic statement through My Pension Online which you will be able to view through your account.

 

Telling us about changes

 

Don't forget to let us know if you:

  • change address or email address
  • change your partnership status
  • wish to change your nomination of beneficiary for death grant
